Vinyl Condition: EX+
Sleeve Condition: Near Mint
Seriously clean copy of the Australian only release, and yes near impossible to find here in Australia these days too!

Nice and glossy, and clean, no hairlines etc, just one feather light thin scuff.
Sleeve
nice clean and straight (found in a collection which was sleeved in poly sleeves since purchase).

GRADING
Just a quick note on my grading:
NM = Near Mint : record and jacket in exceptional condition - virtually same as a new copy
EX = Excellent-: record and jacket appears in excellent condition - closer examination will show evidence of ownership - lonely scuffs which does not affect play - no undue surface noise - full glossy surface - only a few spindle hole marks
VG+ = Very Good Plus: record shows a few scuffs and surface scratches causing occasional ticks - bright and clean surface - spindle hole marks; jacket with edge/ring wear - bended corners - stickers - cut-outs - mechanical defaults as described
