Description

DESCRIPTION: Queen 1st self titled LP.  1st UK pressing (3rd variant according to discogs) with matrix ending -5/-5 (BLAIR RULES, BLAIR). It comes in an EMI inner dated 779 so im not quite sure what to make of that. I have many more Queen, Rush, Sabbath, Thin Lizzy 70s/80s Lps in immaculate condition, the vinyls are the cleanest I have seen. Most played only once or twice to put onto tape then stored correctly for many years.  Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer.  LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: EMI EMC 3006. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973. COUNTRY OF RELEASE:  UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX. Vinyl is pretty much immaculate, even under artificial light. Obviously very lightly played.  Played passages of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable.  Plays NM, without fault . Music is super clean, loud and clear.  Cover is also in great shape.  It is firm and square, retains great shape and  and has minimal edge wear,  minimal corner wear and a little less than light creasing.  White inner is also better than EX with less than light wear and no splits. Really clean labels- just check out the photos.  No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.   PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER QUEEN/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. ALL ITEMS (OR COMBINATIONOF ITEMS) SELLING FOR OVER £20 MUST BE SENT SIGNED FOR OR AIRSURE TO COMPLY WITH PAYPAL POLICIES- ASK ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
