Description
The Miracle is the thirteenth studio album by British rock band Queen, released in 1989. The album was recorded as the band recovered from Brian May's marital problems and Freddie Mercury's AIDS diagnosis in 1987 (which was, though known to the band, not publicised at the time). Recording started in January 1988 and lasted for an entire year.
The album was originally going to be called The Invisible Men, but three weeks before the release, according to Roger Taylor, they decided to change the name to The Miracle. It is also the last album to feature a band photo with all four original members on the front cover.
The album reached #1 in the UK, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, and #24 on the US Billboard 200 chart. The Miracle is estimated to have sold 5 million copies, indicating that despite lower sales in the United States, the band had excellent numbers in the world, even without touring. Allmusic would name it as Queen's best album of the 1980s, along with The Game.[1]
It would prove to be the band's penultimate album to be recorded with Freddie Mercury, as he died in November 1991, less than a year after the next album, Innuendo, was released.

ABOUT YOUR SELLER.....HENRY BUTLER 1. All albums sold here under balmain_tiggy are from my personal collection built up from 1976 (First purchase ACDC "TNT"11th Birthday present) to my final purchase 3 years ago in 2012(Bauhaus's Bela Lugosi's Dead which was real hard to find in Sydney 2012). In between those 2 album purchases there were 40 years of life ....supposedly!!! My 1 constant companion was my devotion to acquiring new interesting vinyl which I would listen to until I felt I understood how it was created musically and what combinations of equipment and production techniques had been utilised to achieve the atmosphere of the final cut. ( Good time to confess that once upon a time in a galaxy far far away I was once a pretty good session guitarist in London..... and these days still love recording in my own little studio at home appropriately named "Forbidden Colours") In pursuit of this goal, and for the pure pleasure that acquiring good vinyl gave me..... I finally ended up converting the study room here into a music storage facility.....looks like a corner of the library but with a strictly enforced 'no books allowed' policy! Within this room are contained a little over 5000 albums. I estimate it will take me 3 years to find good homes for all of them and I'm now starting month 3 ........
POSTAGE & POLICY The following figures are very accurate approximations with regards to posting to any part of Australia. a. 1 x Album purchase.......$10 approx. b. Double Album....$12 approx. c. Multiple album purchase...3 album up to 15 Albums.....$17.10 d. Packaging Method.... Purpose built 13inch squared cardboard box. 5 x double sheets of bubble wrap encasing the albums. Internally each bubble wrap sheet is taped in carefully in specific patterns so that when placed within the box there are no gaps and no possibility for any movement whatsoever during it's journey to you. The album is separated into its constituent elements and packed separately so as to protect the album's spine.
RECORD GRADING & THE DETAILS SECTION. There is only one required grading measurent for vinyl listings on EBay and that's the records 'OVERALL CONDITION'. Only a few possible options exist from which I must pick the closest approximation. It starts with; BRAND NEW LIKE NEW VERY GOOD GOOD ACCEPTABLE There are 2 other grading questions which come up later but these 2 are optional. They are for the seller to inform all potential buyers as to condition of the vinyl and then to appraise the quality of the sleeve. I answer every question posed and answer them as I see them. As human beings though you it won't come as any surprise that one man's trash is another man's treasure........or more specifically here......one man's grading excellent could easily be another man's VERY GOOD. SO WHAT TO DO................ I TAKE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF EVERY PART OF THE ALBUM..... Front.... middle..... back .......inserts .....vinyl itself.......posters etc......................... Use my photos in conjunction with my grading classifications to form a very comprehensive understanding of the condition of the album you intend to bid on. If you still have questions then fire me a message and I'll come back to you with the answer 'lickety split"!!!!!!!!!
Wikipedia I will normally include some background info about the band and their album as well as the full track listing. I merely copy and paste from Wikipedia to EBay and must therefore advise you that these articles can from time to time contain errors. So in order to protect yourself against any such errors I would like to urge you all to do a little fact checking of your own on items your are intending in purchasing and then you'll have done your 'due diligence' and as much as can be expected!!!!
REFUNDS I will always go to every effort to make sure that you are at all times very very happy with what is being done for you from when you start watching an item; all the way through to the moment your purchase arrives to you exactly as described within the photos and descriptions. However I offer a rather unique refund service which couldn't be any better or simpler to understand. "I offer full refunds on any vinyl purchased through me here at balmain_tiggy for any reason whatsoever." Included within that refund I also pay for the return of the item to me. So if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever and are wanting a full refund then message me and I will pay the return postage via PayPal to you in advance. You send back and upon arrival back to me you will be credited the full amount back to you the same day. This is not a business and I will never get returned what I put into these albums......however I've looked after them for a long time now and done in the way I am doing it affords me a great deal of pleasure that they can all carry on giving others as much as they have given me for at least another 40 years!
