Description
Queen Very Rare French Jazz Picture Disc. White riders on a black background.
This is the 1979 original issue only available in France. This is the real deal, not the 1980s bootleg. It has all the correct machine stamped matrix numbers as shown in the photos. A good description of the authentic matrix details in the run off can be found on the Queenmuseum website. This copy has all these details and so is 100% an original release.
The sleeve has some splits on three sides as can be seen from the photos. These look to be due to the disc itself moving in the sleeve over time, so I would grade as VG-. The disc itself is VG+ at least, a few light crackles on the run in only. It looks to have seen very little play at all.
These rarely come up for sale now as most disappeared into collections years ago.
I have sold most of my Queen collection over the last four years on and off and this run of listings over the coming weeks will be the final one. Please look out for some unusual and rarely available records, many of which I have owned for over thirty years.
