Description

This listing is for the Queens of the Stone Age vinyl album Songs for the Deaf. This is the original 2003 US Pressing from Ipecac Records. The second picture shows the etching of a flower after the matrix code by the runout groove of side A indicating it was mastered by Brian Gardner and 100% authentic. I don't believe the record has ever been played. There are no spindle marks or scratches on either side of both records. There is a light paper scuff on one side of the second disc but that is common of brand new records and should in no way effect play, I'm comfortable grading the vinyl as NM. The cover has some extremely light shelf wear. As with any black cover any blemish sticks out like crazy and you can see in the pictures that the cover is in really good shape. I would personally describe it as NM but there are some sticklers out there that would call it EX. Overall an amazing copy of one of the greatest and rarest records. It is rumored that only 1500 copies were pressed. I took pictures of every side of the vinyl and cover but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
