Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post and Media Mail (even if  insured)  – DO NOT have tracking numbers. The numbers on those shipping  labels are simply ”Delivery Confirmation” numbers only and there is no  tracking service provided. The only scan required by the postal service  is made upon delivery. The email message generated by PayPal is  misleading and results in numerous complaints from customers. The  customers who use the link to check tracking and see no information are  led to believe that although we have generated a label, we have never  taken their parcel to the post office for mailing. I can only imagine  the number of resolution center complaints that are filed or phoned in  by these confused customers, and that has to cost PayPal a ton of money  in customer service time alone. I am continually having to explain the  difference to my customers via email after they have been misled by  PayPal.
