Gatefold cover, catalogue number PSYCHO10 first press.
Half the album was recorded live at the Fillmore East in June 1968.
The other half was recorded and broadcasted from the Pacific High recording studios in 1968.
Both discs near excellent condition with just some very light superficial thin wispy lines from storage in the stiff inner sleeves.
The cover is in VG+ condition, it is a really nice looking cover with just a bit of minor insignificant agewear.
