Quintessence – In Blissful Company (1969 1st Press ) Vinyl/Booklet/Inserts - VG+/NM Condition. The Sleeve has some minor age wear mainly to the corner and edges but remains in Very Good + Condition. The Booklet is still fully attached inside and the inner sleeve is present and in Excellent Condition. The vinyl is in Excellent Condition with just a couple of very faint hairline marks caused by taking out of sleeve. A really nice copy of a rare 1st pressing.
Illustrated light card inner sleeve printed in violet, reproducing at the top the following quotes [sic]: "Suns that set may rise again, but if once we lose the light, 'tis within perpetual night" Johnson "He who bends to himself a joy doth the winged life destroy, but who kisses the joy as it flies in eternity’s sunrise" Blake "On Monday, when the sun is hot, I wonder to myself a lot: Now is it true, or is it not, that what is which and which is what?" Milne.
Issued on rough paper pink Island white 'i' logo labels, appearing 'textured' and with a 1.5" indentation ring at the centre. Packaged in a gatefold card sleeve with 12-page b&w die-cut illustrated booklet attached with full credits and lyrics; [inside] Printed by Ernest J.
