Description

VERY RARE. 'David Sylvian & Robert Fripp –  'The First Day'. This is the first and only pressing. Virgin – V2712. 1993 original A1, B1, C1, D1 Townhouse DMM lacquer. Discogs median price currently £125 (for less than NM condition). This is possibly the finest example of this record you'll ever see.

Bought on first release. It's an amazing copy and the vinyl is in superb playback condition. Play tested – NO SCRATCHES, no spindel tracks, sits flat.

This original disc has only ever been played a couple of times on a very high quality playback system – Gyrodec, Origin Live arm, Kontrapunkt B MC cartridge.

Outer sleeve, NM/Mint
Incredible condition, particularly for a largely white sleeve. Corners are excellent. No edge wear, no ring wear. Mint – see pics. On the green panel there is a tiny 1.5mm x 0.5mm print manufacture defect (print hickey) that you should be aware of, see pics. 

Inner sleeves, Mint Both are excellent. I will also supply new protective inner poly sleeves as par of the sale.
