I'm not a professional record grader.  See pics for condition.
No major issues noticed other than the following: (1) Album jacket has edge wear on top side in the very middle as well as some minor corner wear, (2) "Modern World" inner sleeve has separation at bottom center (it can still hold the record), (3) Vinyl itself has some light surface marks on multiple sides (see pics for close-up images).
I bought this used over 10 years ago from a reputable local record shop, and it's been sitting, mostly unplayed, on my record shelf ever since.
Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
