CONDITION, the box is very beautiful graded EX only due to minor corners uses , there are no sides uses , front sleeve and bach one has no damages no writings ..THE RECORDS are graded NEAR MINT , i listen a few of them and there are absolutely no noise no crackles no tics , the records look barely played still with static energy while get the the records out of the sleeve , there is only one superficial hairline on ONE record but doesn't sound so graded NEAR MINT ..TO RESUME THIS COPY IS VERY CLEAN COLLECTOR'S CONDITION
