RAINBOW LONG LIVE ROCK N ROLL JAPANESE 1st PRESSING STUNNING GATEFOLD Nr. MINT. Condition is "AS NEW".  Stunning copy of RAINBOWS' brilliant LONG LIVE ROCK 'N' ROLL from 1978 pressed in Japan in a Near Mint condition. ... simply a stunning copy... This Japanese pressing and release is a first press AMPF-1156A marked and one of the first off the stamper, complete with Japanese language insert.  Some early Japanese pressings are as beefy as their US/Euro counterpart pressings and this album is exceptional in sound quality and with this pressing there is a crystal clarity on the higher end notes. Run ins are all silent....The sleeve ( typical Japanese sleeve which is hardier than the flimsier US/UK/ Euro sleeves ) excellent, spine is tight and full with almost zero damage ( save for a 3mm stain n the reverse ) and the vinyl itself plays beautifully , seriously crisp.... Gates of Babylon is a marvel...crystal clear with no issues AT ALL ,  the production for import vinyl of that decade is superb.  Highly likely that this is virgin vinyl as most Japanese records were pressed using high quality “virgin” vinyl that was manufactured exclusively for pressing records. These records are often extraordinarily quiet and have little or no surface noise, allowing the listener a better listening experience. In addition, English-language music titles were usually pressed in fairly small quantities in Japan, meaning all of the discs were likely pressed while the stampers were still fairly new........so  a very, very collectable and pristine COPY.....stored in vinyl sleeve only removed for photograph
