On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Ralph McTell called "Spiral Staricase" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Transatlantic label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE TRANSATLANTIC LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  AND WHILST RE-ISSUES ARE VERY VERY COMMON INDEED (MAKING THIS LP SEEM COMMON - WHEN IT CERTAINLY IS NOT!) - FINDING A 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF!!!!  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER - THAT THIS LP ONLY SOLD A FEW HUNDRED COPIES AS A 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING BACK IN 1969 - AND WAS DELETED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS!!!!  AND IT WAS ONLY LATER ON IN THE 1970s WHEN RALPH McTELL BECAME FAR MORE POPULAR - WAS THIS LP THEN RE-ISSUED AGAIN IN LARGE AMOUNTS!!!!  BUT BY THEN - THIS LP HAD A LATER LABEL, NO INSERT, AND AN EXTREMELY POOR PRESSING!!!!  BUT THIS ONE IS A 100% GENIUNE UK 1ST PRESSING FROM 1969 - WITH A 1ST PRESS 'PURPLE/WHITE' LABEL (LATER ONES DONT!), 1ST PRESS A1/B1 MATRIX ENDINGS (LATER ONES DONT!), A LAMINATED FRONT / UNLAMINATED BACK COVER (LATER ONES DONT!), AND A 'LYRIC' INSERT (LATER ONES DONT!) - AND IS ALMOST NEVER EVER SEEN!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'WHITE/PURPLE' TRANSATLANTIC LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS A1/B1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'LYRIC' INSERT, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'ROBERT STACE' LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Transatlantic UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is TRA 177 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Transatlantic Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!  

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE 'LYRIC' INSERT IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - WITH ONLY VERY MINOR FOXING!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Robert Stace' Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, VERY shiny laminate, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
