When Swedish producer Ole Mathiessen asked stride pianist Ralph Sutton to come over to Europe for a music session, Ralph came armed for bear, and demonstrated handily that he is indeed one of the strongest players of the last 40 years.
Great stuff here, in quartet and solo, on JEEPERS CREEPERS, IN THE DARK, GONE WITH THE WIND, IF I COULD BE WITH YOU, AT SUNDOWN, and ST. LOUIS BLUES, among others.
Terrific album, with excellent sound, here in a cover without fault (just a small tear on back); record inside shows very little sign of play. Should play near mint, if not better.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
