AND THIS COPY IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION AND MAY POSSIBLY HAVE NEVER BEEN PLAYED AS THE LABELS ARE CLEAN, BRIGHT AND UNMARKED WITH NO EVIDENCE OF ANY SPINDLE TRACES AND THE PLAYBACK IS PRACTICALLY FLAWLESS THROUGHOUT - GREAT COPY OF THE RAMONES' FINEST LP

The original release of "Leave Home" included "Carbona Not Glue" as the fifth track on the album. However, the song was deleted from the album after Tony Morris, Managing Director of Phonogram UK, Sire's British distributor, complained. The song "Now I Wanna Sniff Some Glue" on the band's debut album had caused controversy with the Home Office, and Morris wanted the new pro-substance abuse song removed. The album was re-released with the single B-side "Babysitter" in its place. Additionally, Carbona was a trademarked brand of cleaning fluid, so the song's removal may have pre-empted possible trademark infringement lawsuits. The British version with "Babysitter" does not list the name of this song on the back cover and on the inner sleeve. It's just referred on the vinyl itself. Most collectors believe that the "Babysitter" version is rarer than the "Carbona" version.

LABELS: MINT - CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO wear, NO writing and NO spindle traces - COMPLETELY UNPLAYED, IN MY OPINION
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces retain their original DEEP, LIKE-NEW, GLOSSY SHEEN but have a few superficial light marks (mostly caused by the card inner sleeve) - these have NO real audio consequence - the playback is SUPERB. Visually EX
VINYL Audio: CRYSTAL CLEAR, DEEP, RICH AND WARM AUDIO - GREAT SOUND. On playback at a LOUD volume there are NO scratches, NO jumps/sticks, NO surface noise and barely ANY clicks/pops (really, hardly any AT ALL). TREMENDOUS RECORD AND MY FAVOURITE RAMONES LP which plays to an extremely high standard with NO groove-wear and NO distortion and critically graded a strong NEAR MINT for audio
SLEEVE: Apart from a couple of scuff marks to the surfaces the sleeve is CLEAN, FRESH and UNMARKED with very little wear to the edges or spine - where all text is CLEAR and BOLD. Critically graded a very strong EXCELLENT
INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT+ CLEAN and UNMARKED with NO handling wear to speak of, but most importantly, it has NO splits to any of the edges (which is very rare for this inner). The LP is now housed - and will be posted in - a new inner to prevent any 'knifing' damage to the original during transit
