RARE 10" 78 rpm 4 Record Book Set The Belle Of New York Starring Fred Astaire. Cover Is VG-VG+ With Slight Scuffing On Edging, Record Condition Is VG-VG+ Except For Small Material On 1 Only (see pics). Comes With Sleeves Intact. Will Be Shipped Properly To Insure Your Satisfaction :)

Fair = Scratches, Smudges, 1 record out of set might be cracked, used often. Good = Few scratches and obvious usage but above fair. Very Good = Some smudging/fingerprints/slightly noticeable use VG+ = Beautiful condition, looks as though it hadn't been played Excellent = Looks like glass, flawless, sealed.
