Description
On offer here is the Mega Rare!!! 1957 UK original ten inch ELVIS PRESLEY LP “THE BEST OF ELVIS” on HMV No. DLP 1159.
Tracks on this rare 50’s album are; Heartbreak Hotel - I Don’t Care If The Sun Don’t Shine - Blue Moon - Tutti Frutti - All Shook Up - Hound Dog - Too Much - Any Way You Want Me - Don’t Be Cruel - Playin’ For Keeps.
For it’s age vinyl other than the odd light mark is in EXCELLENT condition, as are the record labels, previous owners name written in pencil in the black area.(hardly noticeable).
Fully laminated half-moon flipback cover unfortunately not measuring up to record.
Front of cover not bad some handling wear to opening edge which has resulted in a tiny tear and light scuffs to spine but still reads The B--- of Elvis (est scuffed out).
Back is where the problem is, there is a piece torn out from opening edge, taking out a small amount of the text.
Other than this I would grade the cover as VG+, but obviously it’s not to that standard.
