Description
Here is a vintage "dawn of Rock n Roll" album from my collection offered up for sale: Fats Domino's 8th album "Fats Domino Swings", released in 1959 on Imperial records LP 9062 (Mono), this is a first pressing, has the heavy vinyl with black label design with the rays logo. Great songs from one of the founding fathers of Rock & Roll, "The Fat Man", "Ain't it a Shame (sic MISPRINT should be "Ain't THAT a shame"), "Blueberry Hill", "I'm Walkin'","Whole lotta loving", "Blue Monday" and more!
The vinyl grades solid VG+, is clean and glossy, light marks only. PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, bright sound with minimal surface noise, no skips or jumps and a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates VG+, is clean and bright with gloss, no ring wear, edges and corners have minimal handling wear but upper & lower seam splits were neatly repaired with tape, No signatures or writing.Has original Imperial inner sleeve. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in an outer sleeve inside a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in a paper sleeve in extra cardboard, "sandwich method".
