Here is a super RARE Lp album from my collection offered up for sale: The classic album "That'll be the Day" released in 1958 by Decca records DL 8707 (mono),this is the 1961 pressing , includes Decca plastic baggie printed inner sleeve, vinyl looks minimally played! Music features Buddy's 1st ever recording of "That'll be the Day",Blue days black nights, Rock around with Ollie Vee, ting a Ling, and more!
The record grades VG+, is super clean and glossy, some light marks but nothing heavy, looks minimally played for a 63 year old! This vinyl has been PLAY TESTED, plays great from start to finish with very good sound quality, minimal surface noise, a few faint light pops, nothing heavy, a very enjoyable listen! Inner sleeve is clean and bright. (This inner sleeve has photos of Satchmo, Patsy Cline and Sammy Davis Jr. & others)
The cover rates VG+, is clean and bright with no ring wear, minimal age discoloration, binder edge intact and readable, upper and lower seam have been neatly repaired (very unnoticeable) no signatures or writing,Has original price tag in top right front corner. A stamp can be seen on the front and rear covers.This has been VERY well cared for 51 years!! (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve to prevent cover splits.
