Here is a very rare vintage Lp record from my collection offered up for sale: The Shirelles "BABY IT'S YOU". Released in 1962 on Scepter records 502 MONO,This is in very well cared for condition! This is the group's 2nd album and was a smash hit with great songwriting and performances by the ladies. Songs include: "Soldier Boy", "irresistable you","Twenty One",The legendary Carole King contributes "Make the night a little longer", Luther Dixon authors many songs including "The same old story". The title track "Baby it's you" was soon covered by the Beatles on their debut USA album on Vee Jay Records. (with John Lennon doing the main vocals!).This heavy weight rigid vinyl record rates VG+, is clean and glossy, has some sleeve wear, a few small light marks, nothing heavy, PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, only light surface noise, no skips, no jumps! A very enjoyable listen!  The labels are in great shape, clean, no signatures! The cover rates EX, is super clean, bright color, edges and corners solid , no splits, no tape,  binder edge is EX and readable, NO signatures or writing.
