We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. The thick gatefold cover is designed by hipgnosis, and the release is said to be of one of the first issues on the then newly formed HARVEST label ... the undergroud sounds of the hippie blooz-boom scene::::PANAMA LIMITED JUGBAND

1969's the Panama Limited Jugband was based in the Richmond area of London, which at the time was kind of a hotbed for blues (the Crawdaddy Club), especially acoustic/electric styled blues performed by hippie longhairs and dubbed by the press as the blooz-boom. This Panama Limited outfit consisted of both males & female vocal mixes and harmonies alongside Gary Compton (harmonica) and Brian Strachan (guitar). Shortly thereafter, however, a couple of the members became disenchanted with the music business. Thankfully they left us these recordings as an artifact. The band re-grouped, shortened their name to Panama Ltd. for a second album by which time a new female vocalist (Anne Matthews) joined the ranks. The Panama's turned their sound into a bluesy grind of Beefheart influenced rock for their second Lp .

Whilst this sort of British underground jugblues/rock might not be to everyone's taste...
the first album is full of acoustic instruments from kazoos to tea chest basses,
 5-string & 6 string guitars and harmonicas. Songs range from straight blues to novelty and Liz Hanns who performs many of the vocals lends the whole album a sense of fun.
