Description: Up for your consideration is the next in a series of unique Lps, this one featuring The Apostles.

Several unique things about this item: Firstly, the record retains the original shine some very light to light marks . I'm sure if you took this and put it under a 1000 watt bulb, you'd probably find something that makes it less than mint. If you're that kind of collector, and after a recent unpleasant experience with a buyer from Malaysia, let me suggest this auction is not for you.

I don't claim this record is mint. Based on past experience and visual examination, I'd expect the tracks to audibly average at least VG+(excellent) with some scattered light surface noise. If you want an audio grade of the entire record before bidding, no problem, just drop me a note well in advance of the end of auction.
If an audio grade is given, you can assign your own grade based on my comments and the scale shown below.

Secondly, at the time of this listing, no past/present sales on e-bay. No copies found for sale out on the Internet! One past sale found out on the Internet for $60!

I am using the Goldmine scale of G=Good(1), VG = Very Good(2), VG+ = Very Good Plus(excellent)(3), NM = Near Mint(4) when grading the disc(s).

Here is a summary of the record(s):

Artist: The Apostles Title: The living Gospel Record: Black vinyl with original shine, some very light to light marks, grading by sight in normal room light. Labels: Light blue with dark blue print. No stickers, no pen/pencil marks, lots of spindle marks. Trailing wax: Side 1: "SLP-102-1". Side 2: "SLP-102-2". Inner sleeves: An original inner sleeve with centered 3" seam splits on two sides. The sleeve has the lyrics on it. Cover: Corners with up to moderate/heavy wear, some creased tips. Slight general/ring wear front/back. There are a couple longer 4-5" crinkles on the back; some short crinkles around the edges. No stickers, no pen/pencil marks, no seam splits. Rate the cover VG to VG+(excellent). Comments: Based on past experience and visual examination, I'd expect the tracks to average at least VG+(excellent). If an audio grade is provided (Please request well in advance of the end of auction), you can assign your own grade based on my comments and the scale shown below. Additional criteria I use when audibly grading records for people:

• NM(4) = absolutely nothing wrong at all (very rarely happens--I've even opened sealed records and they don't play Near Mint)
• 3.5-3.9 = very, very light surface noise
• 3.1-3.4 = very light surface noise, very light pops
• VG+(3) = up to light pops and light surface noise (below this, one's enjoyment is affected, very subjective)
• VG(2) = up to medium pops and moderate surface noise
• G(1) = up to heavy pops and heavy surface noise

I normally ship Lp's in 14"x14"x6" boxes padded in styrofoam. Weight with box is about 1 pound 11 oz. Shipping is: $2.98 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $2.10 box/tape/packing + $.90 delivery confirmation = $5.98.

Buyer pays shipping/handling. Standard method within U.S. is Media Rate, $4.00 This includes delivery confirmation which enables you to track shipping of your package online. Outside U.S., e-mail location to determine S/H costs prior to auction end. Insurance / other methods of shipping cost extra. Payment received within ten days of auction ending. Payment via Paypal preferred.
