RARE 1975 "SPIDER-MAN: Rock Reflections of a Superhero" - 45 rpm 7 inch single PROMO COPY
In 1975, I was a writer/producer for LifeSong Records in NYC.
I co-produced the Spiderman album and this cut was to be the single release.
This copy was created as a promo copy for DJs and was never sold.
I recently discovered I still had a few copies in my home collection.
The album was never a hit record, but it became a cult favorite for serious Spiderman collectors. (I wish I had saved a few of those albums too!)
I sang the lead on this cut (and many of the other tracks on the album).
Side A is the stereo mix and Side B is the mono mix.
It is in near mint condition (I played each copy on my home system just to make sure they were fine).
Great time in the music biz in the 1970s in New York City!
