VERY RARE 1969 Atlantic 1st pressing of the rock Gods Led Zeppelin-with the sought after Superhype credit and very 1st matrix endings!!
Being recorded in just 36hrs of recording time at Olympic Studios in September-Oct 1968, the finished Lp was released in the US on the 12th of Jan and in March in the UK, 1969 and...
IT ROCKED THE WORLD!!!

ROCK N ROLL was never to be the same again!!!!
Certainly is one of my top 5 favourite albums of all time....and the ONLY WAY to listen to your fav album is UP LOUD and ON VINYL!

The Vinyl:

HARDLY PLAYED!
Unfortunately there is a warp to the vinyl :( I have managed to play her all the way through, without jumps or skips, with my Technics deck. There is the occasional 'whhoosh' when the warp is more evident in the audio playback...She really tries to skip at the start of side 2, but my needle held on in there ;)
More crackle evident on side 2, but I am sure this will be helped with a professional clean.
BUT, I managed to play her up loud and wasn't dissapointed.
I would recommend this to be a very 1st pressing filler for your collection...It was in mine for the last 7 years.

As stated: This is the very 1st printing of this iconic label, with the SUPERHYPE credit to BOTH sides.

A can see maybe 4 or 5 very light traces of spindle marks-certainly nothing at all to worry about.
SIMPLY FANTASTIC CONDITION-ALMOST AS IF JUST POPPED OUT OF A TIME MACHINE!
The Sleeve: EX. YEp, that good!! Bright orange lettering to the front and with the grey line to the botom seam. The bottom right has the Atlantic logo.
Only has a few small fingers of spidering to the seams, with a light bend evident in the laminated cover to the back bottom right and left corner. With just light rubbing to the corners.
WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED

The Inner: EX- Poly-lined inner with "Made In England" to the bottom right corner. Certainly done her job by making sure there aren't many marks at all on this slab of vinyl.
