Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. VERY RARE / ORIGINAL (((TRIPLE VINYL))) first pressing in very fragile cover.
Much harder to find (especially clean) than you may realize. The limited pressing is exactly 36 years of age and has a CLEAN cover ... finding a copy is very hard, but the cover, is without the wear & alarming creases usually found, if found. Slightly thicker than paper, the cover wasn't obviously made to last, yet here is a rare survivor (see condition details below) ....
The FIRST "WALL" rarity to hit the streets ...
Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, NY – February 28th, 1980The press reports concerning the New York run of Wall shows were both laudatory (“the most lavish stage show in the history of rock” John Rockwell writes in the New York Times) to disparaging (Paul McGrath in The Toronto Globe And Mail complained about the music being lost in the spectacle and the musicians being “relentlessly tedious.”)
The famed band always placed a heavy emphasis upon the visual interpretations of their music in concert, resulting in a tightly rehearsed and scripted stage show. Hearing this complete show is only on aspect of the audio experience and the full impact of the visual experience is obviously lost.
This show is interesting because the band were comfortable enough with the material to expand some of the numbers with unique jams. The concert begins with Gary Yudman’s announcements which dissolve into the opening, heavy metal power chords of “In The Flesh?” “Another Brick In The Wall Part 2? was the big hit and the audience responds accordingly.
About two minutes into the song the band lose count, but Mason brings them back on track. This is followed by version of “Mother” that reaches almost eight full minutes. After “Empty Spaces” (aka “What Shall We Do Now?”) Waters simply asks if everybody is having a “marvelous time” before introducing “Young Lust.”
The “Last Few Bricks” medley is tracked together with “Another Brick In The Wall Part 3? and features Wright emphasizing the “worms” sound over the melodies. This is a gimmick carried over from the last tour where “Wish You Were Here” began with a random journey through the radio dial.
“Comfortably Numb” is an obvious highlight and Gilmour delivers a note perfect solo in the song’s middle. “Run Like Hell,” their big disco hit, is extended to almost seven minutes. The crumbling of the wall at the end of “The Trial” sounds massive in this recording. During “Outside The Wall” Waters hits a couple of bum notes on the clarinet.
February 28th was the final time the four of them played together as THEPinkFloyd in America.

CONDITION: The cover is rated: "EX" (excellent) haven't seen a copy in ages, haven't seen a cover even this clean for longer ... has a few very minor crinkles from handling, but overall strong and nothing like the worn/creased up copies that may surface ... probably not more than 500 or so produce, after 35+ years it's a rarity....getting only more hard to find
The vinyl is rated: M- all 3 records (six sides) are clean ...and so are the Creative Artistry labels ... expect to play as it did when first released in 1980
