RARE '71 VINYL STILL SEALED LP LEONARD COHEN " SONGS OF LOVE and HATE " COLUMBIA

This is an ultra rare STILL SEALED 1971 original Columbia U.S. vinyl LP by the legendary Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen entitled " Songs of Love and Hate " (C 30103). This LP is still in the tight original shrink wrap and includes the 12 page booklet of credits, track listings, etc. that is visible under the shrink wrap of the rear cover. 
There are eight (8) tracks on this LP as follows:
Side One:

Side Two:
LOVE CALLS YOU BY YOUR NAME FAMOUS BLUE RAINCOAT SING ANOTHER SONG, BOYS JOAN OF ARC
CONDITION NOTES: The shrink wrap shows some signs of past storage including minor ring wear on shrink wrap over front and rear covers. Close inspection reveals that at each corner of the jacket there has been some fraying of the shrink wrap resulting in some softening of the jacket corners. This is most notable at the jacket's bottom corners. Also a slight fraying on upper right edge causing minor loss of edge finsish aboutg 2" from where epper edge meets spine. We rate the overall condition of the outer jacket to be Very Good(VG) to Very Good Plus (VG+). The condition of sealed up vinyl record is presumed to be in Near Mint (NM) or better condition. 
There is the rare and very faded "Hype" sticker affixed to the shrink wrap on the back cover that lists the tracks. Under the shrink wrap of the back cover is the rare "Booklet" (measures approximately 5 3/8" x 3 3/8") that has a smaller head shot photo of Leonard Cohen. Additionally, there is an early retail price sticker affixed to the exterior of the shrink wrap by a Brooklyn, NY record store. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included.
