Very English and Rolling STONED:
Since its 1970 creation, the Doctor DownTRIP  band sought to explore the niche of “psychedelic” heavy boogie rock ...featuring tight memorable rockers doubled down by stinging guitar leads & riffing rhythms...
This one is a lot more Burning Plague & 1971 era SAVOY BROWN hard rock styles with a distinct sound of their own. The song writing is excellent --- tight riffing rockers are littered along both LP sides. Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi was said to be a fan, well understood why , with the crunching metallic grind in crafty executed song structures.

Overall is essential to followers of the cool early 70's heavy rock/psych scene ...has the distinct British sound lending a big hand in the engaging performance displayed here.
Overall, the post Burning Plague hard rock outfit is pretty similar in execution to this Doctor Downtrip album based on the solid array of gritty hard bluesy rockers ...
