This is Jules Levy Old Black 78 Record on Actuelle #020489 Joe / Massa's In De Cold Cold Ground & flip side has "Home Sweet Home/Old Folks at Home".  Rare example of Jules Levy's Brass Quintet doing  race songs.   I am not an expert on grading 78s, but would say this one is a lower grade, if it was an LP, I would grade it VG- , has several light marks and also some scratches that I can feel with my finger nail, that should cause some ticking/noise.  I do not have a 78 player to play test it, but I do not see any chips or cracks, just the marks & scratches.  It has some issues, but still a nice rarity for somebody's collection until a better copy can be found.  Scan shows a Columbia sleeve, I do not have a Actuelle sleeve, but switch out sleeves prior to shipping as the Columbia sleeve has a split on the bottom.   Feel free to make an offer on this rare record!!
