Description

RARE ANTIQUE (NOVEMBER 1908) SHELLAC SINGLE, 78 RPM RECORD (recording speeds were not precisely fixed at this date, where most of the machines were powered by wind up handle), in reasonable condition for its age. The disc is in reasonable shape, with a few scratches, on or two significant ones, which should not affect the enjoyment of this classic "78" RPM single!  (The disc will be dusty; please consider cleaning it. We haven't ever played the disc! It's been a historic display item!) The labels on both sides are in good condition. Please see all pictures for more detail on the condition of this Item. The record has a non original sleeve, which is in poor condition.
The artist on both tracks is Frank C. Stanley, accompanied by Orchestra.
The second track is Down Deep within the Cellar.
THE DISC IS IDENTIFIED AS 16063, AND IS ON THE VICTOR RECORD LABEL.
The disc is  10" in diameter, approximately, and weighs about 7 oz.
