Greetings and welcome to another ROCK/PSYCH/BLUES/PROG/ACID auction! Let's go to what's up today!
Up for your consideration today we have a very good LP from a great band that was right in the mix with the British Blues bands that were so predominate in the 60's and 70's. Although these guys only released 2 LPs their albums are sought by collector's everywhere as their music was so good. This is their Debut LP released in 1969, and in my opinion was the best of their two releases... The 2nd LP seemed to go off into a more religious tone...Some say they 'found religion' and it was reflected in their 2nd LP..Be that as it may, this LP was in no way reflecting anything religious...but was totally straight ahead hard blues & a little psych thrown in for good measure.. Consisting of only 3 band members these guys could play the blues...more like BLACK CAT BONE, THE FINCHLEY BOYS, KILLING FLOOR and the like.
The condition of this LP:
The cover is still in the original shrink wrap and has been lovingly protected by a heavy poly sleeve. There are no rips, tears, splits or writing. Not even any ringwear! (see actual photo of cover~front/back) A beautiful cover... An easy VG+ or better. Comes with inner sleeve. The VINYL has a few hairlines that do not affect play at all. Still has shiny gloss and sounds awesome. VINYL is VG+ or better.
