Description
Very Rare CBS Rock Connections 3LP set featuring ALL SONGS by THE BEATLES as well as an interview with George Martin throughout the show. It was a 3 hour show which was broadcasted Memorial Day Weekend 1987. There are 45 Beatles songs and interview segments in between most of the song segments. George Martin talks about everything from the 25th anniversary of him signing the Beatles, the breakthrough hit songs like She Loves You & P.S. I Love You, his thoughts on many of the albums like Rubber Soul & the 20th Anniversary of Sgt Peppers, all the way to the break up. An interesting and fun listen! Records are in overall EX condition. Disc 1 shows some light marks on both sides. Disc 2 & 3 are EX+ to NM with almost no signs of play. Disc 2 does seem to be a heaver stock vinyl than the other two discs. Cover has some water staining/discoloration on the left side. Comes with original Cue sheet and return card. Instructions are to destroy or return all copies of this LP set after broadcast!! Can't be too many of these left around.
