This is one of 6 Beatles titles Capitol reissued in 1965 on the green Star Line label. 4 of them, like this Love Me Do (#6062), were songs big during Beatlemania but by '65 fans had moved on; these green-label 45s sold poorly when competing with Rubber Soul's tunes. Today these earliest Beatles RI 45s are exponentially scarcer than orange-and-yellow swirls from 1965.
This 45 includes a legit 1965 Star Line sleeve; it's NOT one of the many repros that plague eBay. Specialists know what a bitch it is to find the original sleeves in decent condition; I've seen 'em go for $10-$20 each.
