RARE BEATLES WITH TONY SHERIDAN NEAR MINT 1964 MY BONNIE 45 WITH ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE
Originally recorded in Germany in 1961, The Beatles were then billed as The Beat Boys, backing then-bigger star and Elvis wannabe Tony Sheridan.
Then, in January 1964, weeks before their historical appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, MGM Records rushed out this single of My Bonnie / The Saints. Only now, the billing was THE BEATLES with Tony Sheridan.
Which makes this record a pretty historical piece of rock history all its own.
As you can see, the disc--AN EAST COAST FIRST PRESSING--is in amazing, Near Mint condition. And so is the sound! It's like you just brought it home from the record store back in '64!
The sleeve has no tears, splits, labels or writing. The flip side has a stain, and there are a few wrinkles (not unusual when you're approaching 60).
