Special TRANSLUCENT BLUE VINYL version of this iconic ELO album.  This was released in 1977 around the same time as the original version.
The Seller is the Original Owner and acquired this double LP at the time of its release. 
At the time of this writing, the Seller had additional titles by this artist for sale on Ebay.
The discs were visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition.  

The gatefold cover is in excellent condition. It has been protected by the original shrink wrap.  It is unsealed on right edge, where there is some light edge wear.

It has the original custom cardstock inner sleeves, which have no seam splits. 

The album has the original color inserts, an 11.25" x 22.5" bi-fold poster featuring band members photos, and a cardboard cutout of the ELO space station.  Both inserts are in good condition.

Written and produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne, the double album is among the most commercially successful records in the group's history, selling about 10 million copies worldwide by 2007.

Jeff Lynne wrote the entire album in three and a half weeks after a sudden burst of creativity while hidden away in his rented chalet in the Swiss Alps. It took a further two months to record in Munich.

The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. The collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983, 39 years! Please check back occasionally to see my new listings. I add approx. 25–50 new LPs per week. 
Grading methodology is as follows: 
M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played. 
NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks. 
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight  lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy. 
VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc. 
Due to the value, this album will be shipped Priority Mail, and insured.   Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping.
