Should you pay for insurance be aware Australia Post does not take responsibility for breakage to Glass (and neither do I) or any kind, lcd Screens porcelain or anything not double boxed, pay attention here if you want double boxing you have to ask for it. Please check the Australia Post web site or phone them if you require a list of Insurance Restrictions. In the event I accidentally do not insure even though you have paid for insurance I will not be liable to make any payment in excess of the price paid by you for the item on eBay. You may ask for a refund of your insurance fee. Believe it or not I have had this tried on me in the past. I will assist in any claim made by a customer but should the Insuring Authority Deny the claim my responsibility is ended and I take no further responsibility, You may be required to supply photos of alleged damage, a Statement signed by a Justice of the Peace,  Quotations for repair or replacement and Valuations by a Licensed/Registered Valuer, this is at the discretion of the Insuring Authority, you can not claim any payment for more than the eBay winning bid price under any circumstance and I will not assist in you trying to do so. You are not entitled to it for any reason and I will not repay more than you paid for the item no matter how valuable it is to you, If any requests are made of me by the insuring authority, then passed by electronic media to you and they are not acted on in a timely manner i.e. no more than 1 x week delay I will consider I have concluded my contract and no further action will be taken on your behalf by me.
