Description
Up for bid 2 RARE Hard-To-Find Barbra Streisand 1979 Columbia Test Pressings 45's & 3 additional Streisand picture sleeves only (without records); Both test pressings have no label or printing to identify them except runoff #'s that do match the handwritten #'s for each title on white sleeve; I bought these in the 1980's at a Toronto Collectible Record & Memorabilia Show so they might be Canadian pressings. (Goldmine record grading; visual) from my private collection;
1) Kiss Me In The Rain; 1979, #1-11179 written on sleeve with Streisand's name; runout #'s T ZSS1665291F, TMLS, same #'s on both sides; Condition VG, center hole area some light stress lines
2) Main Event Theme; 1979, #3-11008 written on sleeve w/date 5-29-79 & Streisand's name; runout #'s different on each side T ZSS-165899-1F & T ZSS-165929-1E, both sides have engraved "AZ" for Allen Zentz mastered by signature; Condition 1 side VG & other side G as has 1" scuff-light surface scratch; also center hole area has light scuffs & marks that would not clean off
3) 3 Columbia Picture Sleeves Only (NO records): 1983 Yentl The Way He Makes Me Feel, #38-01177, VG; 1988 All I ask of You, #38-08026, VG+; 1979 No More Tears w/Donna Summers, #1-11125, G lots of age-wear
