UK VINYL ALBUM
'PLEASE PLEASE ME'
THIS IS A TRUE 3rd PRESSING
DON'T BE FOOLED BY MANY OF THE 3rd PRESSINGS ON EBAY. THEY ARE NOT TRUE 3rd PRESSINGS UNLESS THEY HAVE THE 331/3 ON EACH LABEL TWICE, WHICH WAS AN OVERSIGHT BY PARLOPHONE (OR THE MANUFACTURERS) AND CORRECTED WITH THE NEXT BATCH OF PRESSINGS.
MOST OF THE THOSE LISTED ON EBAY NOW ARE ACTUALLY 4th & 5th PRESSINGS.
REPORTEDLY ONLY 5000 ALBUMS WERE ISSUED WITH THE EXTRA (SMALLER) 331/3 ERROR WHICH POTENTIALLY MAKES THEM RARER THAN THE 1st AND 2nd PRESSINGS (i.e. THE GOLD LABELS)

THE COVER: GOOD+
THIS IS THE CORRECT AND ORIGINAL SLEEVE, AS ISSUED WITH THE FIRST 3 PRESSINGS OF THIS ALBUM, (INCLUDING THE GOLD LABEL PRESSINGS). HAS SOME CREASES AND LAMINATE CREASES. HAS TWO SECURE FLIPBACKS, 3RD FLIPBACK IS DAMAGED AND PARTLY MISSING, NO SELLOTAPE, SOME CORNER / EDGE WEAR AND 'DINKS', SPINE IS READABLE BUT SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. HAS WRITING (Name and address of previous owner). REAR OF SLEEVE IS QUITE GRUBBY, (age wear).
THE VINYL: VERY GOOD
HAS A FEW SCUFFS AND MILD SCRATCHES, SOME HAIRLINES, BUT IT PLAYS STRONG AND CLEAR. IT PLAYS WITH A FEW CLICKS AND CRACKLES ESPECIALLY IN QUIETER SECTIONS, BUT NO STICKS OR JUMPS. CLEAN LABELS, HAS A FEW SPINDLE MARKS, AND SOME WEAR AROUND THE CENTRE HOLE.

Strictly Graded Using RECORD COLLECTOR Grading System
Grading System: I have used Record Collector magazine set of standards for the condition of second-hand records.
I have added a(+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. (NOTE: As far as I am concerned MINT will never apply to second hand vinyl records).
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
I try to grade all records in accordance with the Rare Record Price Guide (see above). However if you feel I have graded your record incorrectly please email me ASAP so we can resolve the problem amicably.
Post & Packaging - I recycle all packaging so you will get your goods in recycled packaging / cardboard container. All items over £15 are sent 'Signed For' and I always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' for cheaper items. All items are securely and properly packaged and vinyl is sent using double corrugated cardboard stiffeners.
PAYMENT
PAYPAL PAYMENT PREFERRED AND PLEASE PAY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE AUCTION END. CHEQUES ARE ACCEPTED BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE MUST BE IN STERLING (GB POUNDS) ONLY AND PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS.
NOTE: Payments by Cheque - There will be a delay in posting items if paid for by cheque to allow time for cheques to be cleared through the bank. This will delay posting by anything from 5 to 7 working days.
