Description
Released January 17th 1969, this auction is for a rare 1st pressing MONO version of The Beatles' " Yellow Submarine" LP.

The sleeve is the original Garrod & Lofthouse with the two red lines above and below the written text. It is in good condition ( as per photos) with some obvious creasing and ageing.
The inner sleeve is the original black Apple one with a split down one side and with otherwise normal wear.
The album itself plays throughout with only one small jump on the first track of side 1. Otherwise it has the normal scuffs and clicks that any 60's vinyl LP would have.
The album has matrix number's XEX 715-1 and XEX 716-1.
The mother stampers are for side 1: 1-GD and for side 2: (also) 1-GD.
The label has the statement " Sold in U.K. subject to resale price conditions - see price lists".
There is no writing on either the sleeve or the album.
