Description

The Rarest of the Rare! A genuine "Black Patti"! This is a 10" - 78 rpm record from 1927. Vocals by Hattie Garland (who had sort of a Bessie Smith sound). With William Pearson on Piano, and M. King on Saxophone. The A-side is "You used to be Sugar Blues", and the B-side is "Strange Womans Dream".

Please look at the pictures closely! The record is fairly worn. There are some tears on the labels, scratches and a crack. The Crack HAS BEEN Leveled and Stabilized! and is barely noticable when played. This is a very Playable record. Obviously, it is a bit scratchy and noisy, but still sounds pretty good.

CORRECTION! I meant to say that the Audio .WAV files were recorded from the beginning =Cracked= part of the record, so you can hear for yourself that it has been repaired and is quite smooth.

Also, SALE WILL BE FINAL! Unfortunately, There are many people out there, who will buy a record, record it, and then return the original. By providing 5 close up photos, and 2 audio samples, I'm being very honest in my description. What you see, and Hear, is exacly what you will be getting,(and Enjoying!).
