Description
RARE UK Mono Folk LP – Bob Davenport And The Rakes
Columbia 33SX 1786 • 1965 • UK Mono • Matrix XAX 2932-1 / XAX 2933-1
A rare and beautiful 1965 UK mono folk pressing from Bob Davenport And The Rakes, released on the classic Columbia label. This is the kind of record folk collectors look for: honest, traditional, full of character and deeply rooted in the British folk revival.
The early -1 / -1 matrix numbers make this a desirable first pressing copy. A strong collector’s piece, but also a wonderful listening record for anyone who loves authentic 60s British folk.
