Description
Joseph Szigeti, Violinist / Mieczyslaw Horsowki, Pianist / Brahms: Sonata No. 1 in G Major for Violin and Piano , Op. 78 ("Rain") / Sonata No. 3 in D Minor for Violin and Piano, Op. 108 / Columbia ML 5266 (original US pressing).
The cover is very rough. There's a tear in the lower right hand corner of the front cover, fraying and and a large seam split on the top seam, and fraying and a seam split near the middle of the bottom seam. The spine is in better condition, but there's wear in the upper left hand corner. The back cover also has a tear in the upper left hand corner.
The inner sleeve has seam splits on all sides.
The good news is that the disc is in excellent super glossy condition with just a few light marks. It's been well kept in the inner sleeve. Plays nicely with just a very light touch of surface noise, which is surprising because the disc is very clean and well kept.
