President Kennedy in Paradiso by Pietro Ferone
Recorded in late 1963 in Boston on Delia Records this never-before-seen record by Peter Ferone (Pietro Ferone) is a stirring tribute from late 1963 to the recently assasinated President by a vocalist who can only be described as operatic.
Very little is known about the recording or the artist. The Catalog of Copyright Entries for Music (Third Series; Vol 17, Part 5, Number 2) on Page 2056 from July-Dec 1963 shows the entry for: "Peter Ferone/ President Kennedy".

Kennedy was much loved by not just his fellow Americans, but by citizens of countries throughout the world. In fact, the Spanish have an entire genre of music known as the Corrido that has many songs devoted to the love felt for the fallen President. This record is in the same vein but with a distinct Italian, Opera style. In fact, if there were ever to be another Hollywood major film made about JFK this song should have a featured spot in it. There would not be a dry eye in the theaters! The recording you hear is from this record being offered here, as to our knowledge there has never been another copy seen before on auction or on any internet site.
A true piece of history, and one you will likely never again have an opportunity to own.
