- Record: VGVG VGVG (Surface noise on both sides of each record, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ VGVG (Side 82Y & 83Z has a bit of surface wear. Side 84Y has bit of surface wear with some wear around the center hole. Side 85z has a few scratches with a bit of surface wear around the center hole)
- Cover: VG VGVG VG (Crease on all sides from records with other creases. Tape on the left edge and both bottom edges. Bit of surface wear on the front. Bit of a stain on front right edge. Couple very tiny tears along top open edge)
