Up for auction is this very rare first premier broadcast edition of Casey’s top 40 hosted by Casey Kasem, Broadcast the weekend of June 21-22, 1989.
This is the pre-recorded broadcast, and is exactly what the radio stations received from Westwood One Radio Networks when they aired Casey Kasem’s NEW top 40 hits countdown, with the new show called “Casey’s top 40” hits. It is a 6 vinyl LP record box set hosted by Casey Kasem, after he left American top 40, which he had hosted since it’s inception in 1970.
** please note that this box set is missing the bottom cover, so the bottom half of the box is not included.**
This premier broadcast edition doesn’t come up very often, so don’t miss this one!

It is a 6 record box set, all records are in very good condition or better, with no noted damage or defects, other than what is shown in the pictures with respect to the box or packaging. I do not believe they’ve actually received much play over the years.
