Description

Hard-To-Find self-titled double LP set from The Farm Band self-released by Mantra (777) in 1972. Private pressing double platter by The Farm Band that is associated with a counter-culture commune from Tennessee. The collective band play songs that have a positive spiritual message in the lyrics with lots of extensive jamming that feature organ, violin, flute and plenty of fuzz guitar freak-outs. Should appeal to fans of freak rock jam bands and West Coast rock. Includes proper inner sleeves with song lyrics and credits.

All labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Both vinyl records are in VG+ condition with sleeve fogging/sleeve spots and a few very light surface marks. Both vinyl record play with noticeable surface noise mostly at beginning of sides and becoming quieter as sides play on. Surface noise is never overbearing and fidelity is excellent...still sounds great! Gatefold cover is in VG condition with some corner wear, some surface wear, discoloration (tanning) and some stains. There is also some curling from exposure to moisture and both top edges have significant seam-splits at middle (see photo). Both custom printed inner sleeves have creases, splits, discoloration and tattered top openings (see photo). NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.75 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
