CONDITION: This acetate lacquer is in VG+ condition on the side with the recording and the blank back shows some marks. The smudges and marks you see on the disc in my picture are on my scanner, NOT the record.

ADDITIONAL INFO: This is a ONE OF A KIND test pressing acetate of this UNRELEASED song recorded in January of 1969 for Connie's "Wedding Cake" album but never issued, though most of the other songs from that session made it onto that album (two other songs from the session were issued in 1981 on a double LP set but this side to this day remains UNRELEASED). There is a very poor sounding dub of this song floating around on the internet and can be heard on youtube but this is a pristine sounding copy of the recording, which is no longer in the Universal Music vaults thanks to either the fire they had in the vault a few years ago or flooding in the vault a few decades ago. From what I have been able to research, this is the ONLY surviving pristine copy of this recording. This auction is for the acetate lacquer disc and not for the copyright on the sound recording which is still held by Universal Music. This is a mono disc.

I am only selling this item because hours at my job have been cut back and bills are starting to pile up and I'm having to sell some gems from my collection to get myself caught up. My loss will be someone's major gain as this is truly a rare gem of a recording, and that is a major understatement. How many Connie Francis collectors even know this recording exists? It's listed as unreleased in the MGM Discography book and here it is available for one lucky buyer!

Due to the extreme rarity of this recording, I have placed a moderate reserve on this auction. Payment MUST be made within 7 days of auction end. I will not sell this disc off ebay so please do not ask. If the reserve price is not met, I will not sell it privately. If you want the disc, bid on it.

I am willing to ship this item internationally but the winning bidder must have a confirmed address and the high bidder will pay for the item to be sent registered mail, and the package will be insured for the full value of the auctions end price.
