- Record VG+VG+ (Side I has faint surface noise, Side II has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides has a bit of scribbling which can be seen under a light)
- Activity Sheet: VG (Has crease from record and tiny tear on one edge)
