Description
This is an unusual find: a Texas FM radio compilation LP featuring Beach Boy Dennis Wilson: "Refined Texas Crude" (issued by FM 102, also known as KTXQ or Q102). Released in 1978. Featuring local talent from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, this compilation LP is special because Dennis and then-wife Karen Lamm-Wilson appear on one of the tracks, "All That We've Missed" by the band Lynx. Dennis had done a radio interview at 102 and had accepted an invitation to sit in on Lynx's session. The result is Dennis contributing background vocals, with Karen on harmony vocals.
The record is in EX condition. Jacket is in EX- condition as there is some wear. This is a collectible item, as this is the only recording of "All That We've Missed" with Dennis and Karen singing background vocals and it is available only on this LP.
