Description
Rare original Parrot group 45 in glossy Mint- condition. No scratches at all, looks hardly played. Labels clean, no writing sticker stains, tears, etc. Slight label fade on flip side.
Cuts are I Can't Refuse b/w You Said You Loved Me. Deadwax matrix numbers are 45-55-269 #298 delta 7063 and 45-55-271 #298 delta 7066.
I Can't Refuse is an outstanding cover of the 5 Keys Aladdin recording of Oh Babe! The Orchids were a short-lived Chicago group led by Gilbert Warren with only two records issued on Parrot. The King Orchids were not the same group.
