Up for auction is this rare Elvis Presley Sun Label  Record

This Record was released in Jan 1955 and was Elvis third record he released on Sun Label. 

Milkcow Blues Boogie: 215 (Arnold), Leed Ascap, Scotty and Bill, Vocal U-141, Sun Record Company, Memphis Tenn.

You're A Heartbreaker: 215 (Jack Sallee), Hi-Lo Music,  Scotty and Bill, Vocal U-141, Sun Record Company, Memphis Tenn.

This record belonged to my mother and I can remember listening to it on our victorla. I am not an expert in records. I will do my best to describe everything I see.  This record is in used condition. Please see photo's and ask any questions before bidding. The record's condition:  has some light scratches, has two very small  flea bites on very edge of record (doesn't affect playing surface), this record looks like it could use a cleaning, I don't know how to clean records so I will leave that to the new owner.   I was always going to frame this and hang it on the wall.  Just never got around to it, so decided to let someone else enjoy it. I know there is an Elvis Collector out there that needs this for their collection.  I called in on a radio record appraisal program about 5+ yrs ago and explained the condition of the record, they gave it a approx. value of $2,000.00 then.  I really don't know what it is worth but, I am going to sell it.
